Can I upload any image, or are there restrictions?

You can upload most images, but we recommend clear, high-quality photos for the best results. We don’t accept offensive content or blurry photos that may be hard to convert into a design.

How detailed can my design be for embroidery?

Embroidery works best with clean, simple shapes and bold lines. Our team will refine your image to ensure the highest-quality stitch work while keeping the details that make your moment special.

Where will the design be placed on the product? Can I choose?

Yes. Depending on the product, you can choose from placements like left chest or center chest for embroidery on t-shirts, sweatshirts, and hoodies. Hats and accessories have fixed placement options for optimal embroidery. For DTG prints, the placement is in the center chest due to the size of the design.

Do you offer other customization options like adding names or numbers?

Absolutely. In the text embroidery option, you can add custom text, numbers, or initials to your design—perfect for commemorating match dates, player numbers, or personal messages.

How do I take care of my embroidered or printed apparel?

• Embroidered Apparel: Wash inside-out in cold water, use a gentle cycle, and air dry or tumble dry low. Avoid ironing directly on embroidery.

Ordering Process & Approval

How does the order process work?

• Choose your product – Select your apparel or accessory, color, and size.

• Upload your moment – Choose the design type (text, silhouette, or cutout print) and placement, then send us your image or text.

• Approve your design – We’ll create a digital preview and send it for your approval. You get unlimited revisions until it’s perfect.

• Wear Your Goal – Once approved, we’ll produce and ship your unique piece straight to you.

Will I see a preview before my order is made?

Yes. We’ll send you a high-quality digital preview before production. You can request changes until you’re 100% happy with the design.

Can I make changes after placing my order?

You can request changes before the final design approval. Once approved and sent for production, no further edits can be made.

How long does it take to receive my design preview?

Our team carefully crafts each design, so you’ll receive your preview within 1-3 business days after placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my order?

After your design is approved, production typically takes 5-7 business days. Shipping time depends on product availability and delivery destination but normally takes 10-20 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide. However, we cannot ship to certain countries due to legal or carrier restrictions. These include Crimea, Luhansk, and Donetsk regions in Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, the Gaza Strip, Ecuador, Cuba, Iran, Syria, and North Korea. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on your location.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link to follow your package’s journey.

Returns & Refunds

What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?

We strive for perfection, but if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll fix it as soon as possible with a replacement or refund.

We offer unlimited revisions before production, so you’ll always get a design you love. Once approved and produced, we cannot offer refunds.
